Dr. Paul Butler

For his pioneering work in utilizing the Iodine Spectra
in radial velocity detection of extrasolar planets.

Dr. Butler will recieve a letter of recognition, Framed Plaque,
and check for $1000 from the Extrasolar Planetary Foundation.
